If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so through "Cancel Order." Alternatively, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation + your order number." Please note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. If it has already been dispatched, you can use your withdrawal right after receiving the goods and return the product according to our return conditions.
