Can I change my delivery address afterward?

We can usually change the address as long as the order has not yet been sent. So please contact us as soon as possible here and we will see what we can do!

1. Login to the Customer Portal
   Open the mybacs Customer Portal here and log in.
   

2. Select Subscription
   Choose the subscription for which you want to change the delivery address.
   

3. Edit Delivery Address
   Klicke rechts neben Versandinformationen auf „Edit“
   

4. Neue Adresse eingeben
   Enter your current and complete delivery address.
   Make sure all details are correct (street, house number, postal code, city, and country).
   

5. Save Changes
   Click “Save” to confirm the new address. 
   
   The change will apply to all future deliveries, provided it is made before the shipping date.
