Can I change my delivery address afterward?

We can usually change the address as long as the order has not yet been sent. So please contact us as soon as possible here and we will see what we can do!

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Edit delivery address
   Scroll down to your Shipping information and click “Edit” to enter your new delivery address.
   
   
3. Enter new address
   Make sure all details are correct (street, house number, postal code, city and country).
   
   
4. Save changes
   Click “Save” to confirm the new address.

The change will apply to all future deliveries, provided it is made before the shipping date.
