How can I redeem my points?
Get your discount in three simple steps:
- Log in & convert:
Log in to your customer account. Once you reach 1,000 points, you can easily convert your balance into a personal discount code. - Choose your code:
Decide how much you’d like to save. Depending on your points balance, you can save between 10% and 25%. - Redeem & save:
Copy your code and use it in the way that suits you best:
3.1 For one-time purchases: Enter the code during checkout when placing your order.
3.2 For your subscription: Add the code to your next delivery in your customer account under “Manage subscriptions.”
Point Tiers:
1,000 points = 10% discount
1,500 points = 15% discount
2,000 points = 20% discount
2,500 points = 25% discount
Note: The loyalty discount requires a minimum order value of €39 and can be applied to all products. Additional discount codes cannot be combined when redeeming your loyalty points.
