How can I redeem my points?

Log into your customer account, where you’ll see your current points balance and available discounts. Shop for your favorite products as usual, and before completing your order, you can apply your discount code.

Point Tiers:

• 1,000 points = 10% discount
• 1,500 points = 15% discount
• 2,000 points = 20% discount
• 2,500 points = 25% discount

Note: The loyalty discount requires a minimum order value of €39 and can be applied to all products. Additional discount codes cannot be combined when redeeming your loyalty points.

How many points do I need to earn a discount?

Once you’ve accumulated 1,000 points, you’ll unlock the first reward level with a 10% discount. The more points you earn, the higher your discount.
