You’ve collected points, but redeeming them isn’t working?

Don’t worry in most cases, it can be resolved quickly. Please check the following:

  • Have you reached the minimum points threshold?
    A discount code can only be unlocked once you have at least 1,000 points.
  • Has the code already been generated?
    Please check your email inbox or take a look at your points history in your customer account. You’ll find all previously generated codes there.
  • Is the code still valid?
    Check your history to see whether the discount code has already been used for a previous order.
