Redeem a discount code on the website:
- Select the products you would like to order and add them to your cart.
- Click on “Checkout” and in the next step, you can enter your discount code in the top right corner above your selected products.
- Click “Apply” and you will see the updated total amount.
Apply to your subscription:
If you have received a discount code, you can easily add it to your subscription directly in your customer account.
- Log in to the customer portal
Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in. - Edit discount code
Click on “More” in the top right corner and select “Apply discount code.” - Enter the discount code
Now enter the discount code exactly as it was provided to you. - Confirm and save
Click “Redeem” to activate the discount code. If the code is valid, the discount will be displayed in your subscription immediately. - Check in the customer portal
After successfully redeeming the code, you will be able to see which discount has been applied and how long it is valid for.
