You have the option to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund.
Beforehand, please note that we offer you two options:
You can choose between:
- Store credit at mybacs® in the amount of your refund + a voucher
- or a classic refund to your original payment method, which may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.
The store credit is issued to you immediately and can be redeemed directly in the mybacs® shop, giving you added value and the flexibility to discover more products.
Simply let us know if you would prefer the store credit and would like to learn more about it. Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can also find further details in our Terms & Conditions.
If you prefer the classic refund, you can create your return label directly. Please click here: Register return
Please print the label and attach it clearly visible to your package. Kindly note that only products in their original packaging may be returned. The return shipment is, of course, free of charge for you.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been processed.
