You have two options:

• store credit at mybacs® + voucher, both available immediately
• or a classic refund to your original payment method, which may take a few business days

If you are interested in store credit, simply let us know. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can find further details in our Terms & Conditions.

For a classic refund, you can directly create your return label here: Register return

Please make sure to return only originally sealed products and a return fee of € 2.90 (incl. VAT) will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
