How do I add a product to my subscription?

If you want to add a product to your subscription through your customer account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the customer portal
    Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in with your email address. 

  2. Select your subscription
    Choose the subscription you would like to edit.

  3. Edit products
    Scroll down and click on Add/Remove Items.
    A selection of available products will appear on the right side.

  4. Add a new product
    Below your already added products, you can add another item to your upcoming order by clicking the “+” icon.
    If needed, adjust variant, quantity, and delivery frequency.

  5. Save changes
    Confirm your update by clicking Add Product.
    Your changes will be applied to your next delivery (or upcoming deliveries).
