Pause subscription

You can easily pause your subscription for one or more months. 1. Log in to your customer account and go to "Home" and click on "Edit Order. 2. Click on "Show upcoming orders" in the right column. 3. Click on "skip" for each order you want to pause.

Cancel subscription

1. Simply log in to your customer account and go to "home" and click on "edit order". 2. Click on the product you want to cancel. 3. Click on "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the page. 4. Confirm the cancellation or choose to pause instead. 5.

Skip delivery

Adding products to your subscription

1. Log in to your customer account and go to "Home" and click on "Edit order". 2. All products will be suggested to you at the bottom. 3. Select your desired product and click on "Add". 4. Select the delivery interval and confirm it

How is my first delivery different from all future deliveries?

With your first delivery, in addition to your pre- and probiotics, you will also receive a glass jar for storage and a comprehensive Welcome Guide.

When will my subscription fee be debited?

The amount due is always debited when we prepare your order. For the first purchase, it is debited when the order is successfully received. On an ongoing basis, the amount will be debited four days before the goods are dispatched.

Minimum term for the subscription

There is no minimum term for the subscription. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you should do so before the amount due is debited.

When do the refills for my products arrive?

With a subscription, your refills are sent to your home once a month. The timing depends on the date of your first order, so you should never be without capsules.

Cancellation period

There is no cancellation period for the monthly subscription. However, if you have opted for the three months and paid in advance, you can unfortunately no longer cancel it.
