How can I adjust my delivery date?
If you want to adjust your next delivery date or move a shipment to a later (or earlier) time, you can make the changes as follows.
- Log in to the customer portal
Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in. - Select your subscription
Choose the subscription for which you want to change the delivery date. - Edit delivery date
Click on “Next order date” at the bottom and select your preferred delivery date.
You can schedule your shipment to be delivered earlier or later than originally planned. - Save changes
Click “Confirm” to save the new date.
Your subscription will automatically update to reflect the new delivery schedule. - Check in the customer portal
After saving, you will see the updated delivery date directly in your subscription overview.
Changing the delivery date is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. If processing has already begun, you can adjust the date starting with your next delivery.
