How can I adjust my delivery date individually?
If you would like to adjust your delivery date, meaning you want to move your delivery to a later (or earlier) date you can do so as follows:
- Log in to the customer portal
Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in. - Edit the delivery date
Click “More” in the top right corner, select “Next order date” and choose your preferred delivery date. You can schedule the shipment to take place earlier or later than originally planned. - Save the change
Click “Confirm” to save the new date. Your subscription will automatically be updated to match the delivery date you selected. - Check in the customer portal
After saving, you will see the updated delivery date directly in your subscription overview.
Please note that changing the delivery date is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed.
