How can I redeem a discount code in my subscription?

If you have received a discount code, you can easily add it to your subscription directly in your customer account.

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Edit discount code
   Click on “More” in the top right corner and select “Apply discount code.”
   
   
3. Enter the discount code
   Now enter the discount code exactly as it was provided to you.
   
   
4. Confirm and save
   Click “Redeem” to activate the discount code. If the code is valid, the discount will be displayed in your subscription immediately.
   
   
5. Check in the customer portal
   After successfully redeeming the code, you will be able to see which discount has been applied and how long it is valid for.
