How can I apply a discount code to my subscription?

If you’ve received a discount code, you can easily add it to your subscription through your customer account.

1. Log in to your customer portal 
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Select your subscription
   Choose the subscription to which you want to apply the discount code.
   
   
3. Open the discount code settings
   Click on “More” in the top right corner and select “Apply discount code.”
   
   
4. Enter your discount code
   You can enter the code exactly as it was given to you.
   
   
5. Confirm and save
   Click “Apply” to activate the discount. If the code is valid, the discount will appear immediately in your subscription.
   
   
6. Review in your customer portal
   After successfully applying the code, you’ll see which discount has been applied and how long it remains valid.

Discount codes generally apply only to future payments, not retroactively. Some codes are time-limited or valid only for specific products or subscription types. If your code still isn’t working, please check the conditions or contact us here.
