How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Simply log in via your customer account and click on "Cancel" below

2. Select the reason for your cancellation and click on "Continue" 

3. In the next step, you also have the option of deleting or replacing products in your subscription. To do this, click on "Change product". A window will open on the right-hand side with the products in your subscription. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the product you want to change and choose between "Replace product" and "Remove product"

4. If you want to cancel your entire subscription, click on "Cancel subscription"

You can also pause your subscription for one or more months!
