How can I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to end your subscription, you can easily cancel it yourself in your customer account.

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Select your subscription
   Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
   
   
3. Cancel subscription
   At the bottom, click on “Cancel” and follow the steps until you reach the confirmation page.
   
   
4. Confirm cancellation
   Click “Confirm” to finalize the cancellation.Once confirmed, no further charges will be made and no additional deliveries will be sent.
   
   
5. Check in the customer portal
   After cancellation, you will see the updated status directly in your subscription overview.
   You will also receive a confirmation email.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time if you decide to return to our products in the future.
