How can I cancel my subscription?

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Cancel subscription
   Select “Cancel” in the top right corner and follow the steps until confirmation.
   
   
3. Confirm cancellation
   Click “Confirm” to complete the cancellation.
   
   
4. Check in the customer portal
   After cancellation, you’ll see the updated status directly in your subscription overview. You will also receive a confirmation email.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time if you decide to continue with our products in the future.
