How do I log in to my customer account?

1. Login to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here or click on the account icon in the top right corner of our website (next to the shopping cart) to log in.
   
   
2. Enter your email address
   Enter the email address you used to place your order or subscribe to your subscription and then click “Continue.”
   
   
3. Enter confirmation code
   You will now receive an email with your confirmation code. Enter the code and click “Submit.”
   You will then be logged in and can either choose "Manage my subscription" or "My Rewards".

If you do not receive an email, please also check your spam folder or request a new code.
