Forgot password

On our website you will find the access to your customer account (outline of a person) at the top right. Then click on "password forgotten" and follow the instructions.

I can't log in to my account

Make sure you have used the correct email address. Otherwise, contact our Customer Support at [email protected] and we will send you a new invitation for your account.

Change name/email/phone number

1. Go to your customer account and click on "edit order" under "home. 2. Click on "Address and payment details" in the right-hand column. 3. Go to "Edit your details" under "Your details" and change them. 4. Click on "Save changes"
