If you have moved or want your package delivered to a different address, you can easily update your delivery address in your customer account. 

The change applies to all future deliveries, as long as it is made before the order has been shipped.

How do I change my delivery address?

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Edit delivery address
   Scroll down to your Shipping information and click “Edit” to enter your new delivery address.
   
   
3. Enter new address
   Make sure all details are correct (street, house number, postal code, city and country).
   
   
4. Save changes
   Click “Save” to confirm the new address.
