How can I pause my subscription?

If you’d like to take a short break, you can easily pause your subscription in your customer portal without having to cancel it completely.

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Select your subscription
   In your overview, choose the subscription you want to pause.
   
   
3. Pause your subscription
   Scroll down and click on “Pause”, then choose how long you’d like to pause your subscription.
   
   
4. Choose your pause duration
   A window will open where you can select your preferred time period.
   
   
5. Confirm
   Confirm your selection. You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been paused.
   
   
6. Reactivate your subscription early
   You can restart your subscription at any time by clicking “Resume” at the bottom.

While your subscription is paused, all your settings remain intact and your discounts will not be lost.
