How can I pause my subscription?

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Pause subscription
   Select the option “Pause” via “More” in the top right corner and choose the option that suits you best.
   
   
3. Select a different period
   If you’d like to pause your subscription for a longer or shorter period, you can also do this via “More” by selecting “Next order date” and setting a custom date.
   
   
4. Confirm
   Confirm your selection. You’ll receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been paused for the selected period.
   
   
5. Resume subscription early
   You can resume your subscription at any time by selecting “Resume” via “More”.

While your subscription is paused, all settings remain unchanged and your discounts stay active. Please note that subscriptions can only be paused for a selected period and not indefinitely.
