How can I skip one or more deliveries?

If you want to temporarily delay your subscription without fully pausing it, you can easily skip one or more deliveries in your customer account.

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. Select your subscription
   Click on the subscription for which you want to skip a delivery.
   
   
3. View upcoming delivery
   At the top left, you will see the next scheduled delivery date.
   
   
4. Skip a delivery
   Click on “Skip” at the bottom and choose how many days you want to skip.
   The delivery date will automatically adjust afterward.
   
   
5. Skip multiple deliveries
   If you want to skip several deliveries, simply repeat this step as needed.
   Alternatively, you can select a specific delivery date by clicking on “Next order date” and entering your preferred date for the next shipment.
   
   
6. Receive confirmation
   You will receive a confirmation email once your delivery schedule has been updated.
   
   
7. Reactivate the delivery earlier
   You can undo the skip at any time by selecting an earlier delivery date through “Next order date”.

While skipping a delivery, your subscription remains active only the selected delivery dates are shifted.
