How can I skip one or more deliveries?

If you would like to temporarily delay your subscription without fully pausing or cancelling it, you can easily skip one or more deliveries in your customer account.

1. Log in to the customer portal
   Open the mybacs customer portal here and log in.
   
   
2. View your next delivery
   In the top left corner, you’ll see the next scheduled delivery date.
   
   
3. Skip a delivery
   Click “Skip” in the top right corner and choose how many days you would like to skip. The delivery date will then be updated automatically.
   
   
4. Skip multiple deliveries
   If you would like to skip more than one delivery, simply repeat this step multiple times.
   
   
5. Check in the customer portal
   After clicking “Confirm,” you will see the updated delivery date directly in your subscription overview.

While skipping a delivery, your subscription remains active only the next delivery date will be postponed.
