Storage of capsulesUpdated 7 months ago

Can I store the capsules in my tablet box?

The storing in your own tablet box is not recommended, as bacterial cultures are sensitive to light. Our jar was developed to protect the capsules. Therefore, they should be stored in it.

Do I need to refrigerate my products?

No refrigeration is necessary. This is a question we often receive as many supplements with bacterial cultures are sold in grocery shops and retailers in the refrigerated section. However, unlike perishable foods, refrigeration does not mean "freshness" or superiority. In fact, if a supplement with bacterial cultures does not survive at ambient temperatures outside the refrigerator, it may reflect poor stability of the product, low numbers of viable organisms or insufficient excess in the formulation. Our bacterial strains are stable at ambient temperatures (up to 25°C). If your home will be consistently warmer for an extended period of time, we recommend refrigeration in an oxygen-tight container to protect the products from moisture
