Why is it not possible to log in to my customer account?Updated 11 days ago
Make sure you are using the same email address that you used when placing your order or starting your subscription. Your customer account is linked only to that email address.
After attempting to log in, the system will send you a 4-digit code via email.
If you can’t find the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for an email from mybacs or Skio
- Wait one or two minutes sometimes it takes a moment for the email to arrive
If the code doesn’t work or has expired, click “Resend code.” Each code is only valid for a short time, so you should enter it immediately after receiving it.
